Received the microphone but it doesn't work or can't connect?

1. Check if the receiver is stably connected and if the microphone is on

2. If the battery is low, please charge it in time before use

3. Check that both receiver and microphone lights are on

2. The microphone can record within 75FT without obstacles (10 meters only with obstacles).

If the microphone is plugged in but cannot function properly, the external radio microphone needs to be set.
