Le Samsung Galaxy A36 est un smartphone milieu de gamme de la marque, annoncé en même temps que deux autres modèles de la gamme A en 2025 et se plaçant au milieu, avec des caractéristiques similaires, comme l'écran Full HD+ super AMOLED 120 Hz de 6,7 pouces, luminosité atteignant les 1200 cd/m², design avec protection en verre (dont du Gorilla Glass Victus+ à l'avant) et une certification IP67 pour la résistance à la poussière et l'eau. Il est animé par un SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 couplé à 8 Go de RAM et 256 Go de stockage. Il abrite à l'arrière trois capteurs photos : un grand-angle (avec stabilisation optique) de 50 mégapixels, un ultra grand-angle de 8 mégapixels et un objectif Macro de 5 mégapixels. Son côté autonomie est assuré par une batterie de 5000 mAh, où la marque promet jusqu'à 29 heures de lecture vidéo en une seule charge, et une recharge rapide de 45 W, permettant au smartphone de récupérer complètement en un peu plus d'une heure.
